Abstract

The conception of intimate philosophy of V. Rozanov, realized in a letter, is examined in the article. It is pointed out that the writing of the critic is the reflection of his consciousness. The critic has a special intersubjective view of the world, in the center of which there is the anthropological essence of man. Attention is focused on interconnection of the concepts 'God – family – sex'. The small and large worlds are examined in the understanding of the critic. The small world correlates with the commonness; the large world is connected with the divine and life. In the cultural and historical aspect V. Rozanov's attention is concentrated on the world feeling of N. Gogol and F. Dostoevsky. N. Gogol is perceived as a sign of demonism, F. Dostoevsky as a sign of suffering and sacrifice. The special attention is spared to meaningfulness of literature as the divine phenomenon allowing to get to know the world of Space and Chaos. Lyric epic narration by V. Rozanov becomes the universal form of I-carry-literature-as-my-cross sense. Rhythmic construction of phrases is close to that of the prayer.
