Topological entropy of the extended tree map on the space of fuzzy numbers

Abstract

In this paper, we study the connection between topological entropies of general tree maps and their extended maps on the spaces of fuzzy numbers. First, we show some aspects of the structures of ω-limit sets of the extended (and induced) topological tree maps. Next, we prove that topological entropies of a crisp tree map and its extended map all agree.
