Abstract
烟酰胺是一种抗氧化剂,它能有效地预防细胞和细胞膜免去自由基的损伤,可消除炎症中起作用的超氧阴离子自由基.评价外用烟酰胺的抗炎作用、改善皮肤角质层屏障及润肤作用、减少皮肤色素沉着作用、改善面部皮肤衰老表现以及预防光免疫抑制和光致癌作用.目前的研究提示,外用烟酰胺制剂在皮肤科有广泛的应用前景,值得开发。
