Abstract
Vibrational inelastic electron tunneling spectra (IETS) obtained from (Al-AlO x -CuPc-M) junctions (M=Pb, Ag, or Tl) are presented compared with IR and Raman spectral results. Improved experimental methods allow us to report the spectrum of CuPc deposited on clean plasma-grown aluminum oxide.
