Abstract
AbstractThe collection and management of data associated with the design and development of large complex systems is a critical activity supporting the systems engineering process. This paper describes the top level requirements for an advanced data repository supporting systems engineering activities in the development of large, complex, computer‐based systems. The repository requirements are addressed in three categories: repository functional requirements, non‐functional requirements (e.g., performance, dependability, scalability), and implementation standards.
