Abstract
Trauma to maxillary anterior teeth is very common in children. Reattachment of the original tooth fragment to the fractured tooth forms a relatively quick, biologic and esthetic restoration. Presented here is a case of ten year old female with fractured maxillary central incisor restored by tooth fragment reattachment, thereby, maintaining natural wear resistance and esthetics of the patient.
