Abstract

Our patient is a 17-year-old Hispanic female with a past medical history of nephrolithiasis. She presented to clinic with bilateral thigh pain. 3 days prior to presentation she attended a cycling class that “required her to push herself”. Approximately 10 minutes into the exercise she “felt winded but then felt a second wind”.
