Abstract
The aim of this paper is to correlate development and habits of tongue to gastric and neurological problems. The effect of each tongue problem on the body and mind as a whole is considered. Materials and Methods - Articles describing various effects, diagnosis and management of the condition are presented. Conclusion - Management of the disease and desiring an overall wellbeing of the patient rather than just treating dental disease should always be the goal.
