Abstract

It is aimed at junior and middle grade doctors who would like to develop their teaching skills. Most participants are registrar level but there are a good number of more junior doctors, from foundation year 2 doctors upwards. The course organisers work very hard to ensure the more junior participants do not feel out of place. The course is part of a series of generic continuing professional development days that have been set up by Wessex Institute for their senior healthcare professionals, but the course is also open to external applicants.
