Abstract

The research aims to validate the instrument. Which is made up of 114 items that were added and averaged in 26 indicators. A total sample of 65 surveys was analyzed, applied to entrepreneurs, high-level employees and middle-level employees (directors, managers, supervisors) of companies that handle high technology in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. As a result, a reliability index of 0.97 was obtained. The principal component analysis explains 70.25% of the total variance contributed by five factors with a KMO = 0.86. It is concluded that the instrument is adequate to measure the variables and their indicators.
