Abstract
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a chronic inflammatory disease with isolated eosinophils in the esophagus most often triggered by food allergens. Cow's milk is the most common food causing EoE in children. Approximately 70% of children with IgE mediated immediate hypersensitivity to cow’s milk will tolerate baked milk. It is not known whether baked milk ingestion is tolerated in children with cow's milk-mediated EoE.
