Introduction

To the Editor: BCG (Mycobacterium bovis BCG) is a vaccine for preventing childhood tuberculosis (TB), especially military and meningeal TB. Tokyo172 BCG is currently used in Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. 10% BCG (Danish strain) vaccinations for infants are administrated intracutaneously in South Korea (4).
