Abstract

α- and β (or γ)-Tocopherols esterified with saturated monocarboxylic acids ranging from C 12 to C 18 were identified for the first time in the flowers and the leaves of Nuphar luteum and in the leaves and the stems of Nymphea alba using high temperature GC-FID and GC-MS mass fragmentography.
