Abstract
MAR-test (Mixed agglutination reaction) performs in order to determinate the sperm antibody - Ig G, A and/or M in ejaculate. We calculated the spermatozoa mobility adjusted for MAR- test results. Finally the new approach to the normal MAR- test criteria interpretation in case of spermatozoa mobility parameters between 32 % and 35 % was found out. Even if indicators of spermatozoa mobility are within the range of its normal values - 32, 33, 34 and 35%, the astenozoospermia takes place at values of MAR- test more or equal then 2, 5, 7 and 10% respectively. Finally the range of MAR-test parameters from 0 to 10 % cannot be estimated as a standard normal value if the number of progressively active forms of spermatozoa less than 35 %.
