Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of rethinking the process of professional training of future preschool teachers, its conceptual foundations, taking into account the ideas of cooperation, project and cooperative organization of the educational process at the university, the formation of respectful attitude and a sense of belonging to various types of multi-age communities (student, family, community of students and children). From the standpoint of facilitative and synergistic approaches, the ways of forming the readiness of future preschool teachers to develop the social and emotional intelligence of children, their communication and interaction with adults and peers are revealed.
