Abstract
The review of the history of therapy is dedicated to the outstanding scientists, jubilarians of the year 2024: L. T. Academicians Mala (1919—2003), V. V. Frolkis (1924—1999) and O. V. Korkushko (1929—2024). Their achievements considered in the field of cardiology, therapy, age‑related physiology, and clinical gerontology, attention is emphasized on their professional cooperation, personal relationships, and fruitful activities related to the formation of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, and on the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, jointly received in 2003.
