Abstract
In the article the issues of analysis and the state of potato production in the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered, on the basis of which a new design scheme of a disk planting machine for a potato planter designed to work in the soil and climatic conditions of Uzbekistan is proposed. The main parameters of the disk planting machine are determined, which ensure the high-quality operation of the potato planter with minimal skips of potato tubers during planting.
