Abstract

Based on our experience in RandD programs in the industry, working with chemists, engineers of all disciplines and technicians, we have encountered a problem with the ability of fresh chemists and biologists to cooperate with other professional workers on mutual problems: the lack of common language, professional limitations and ways of cooperation with coworkers. Some examples from amusing cases to more severe problems related to the subject are presented here. As lecturers in universities we are trying to discuss the subject and to suggest possible solutions.
