Abstract

To strengthen the excellent courses construction is of much importance to promote the educational levels of undergraduates in medical universities and colleges.The construction of excellent courses could not only standardize classroom teaching and improve teaching quality, but also strengthen the construction of teachers and core-competitiveness of universities and colleges.The construction of teachers' group had become the foundation as well as the safeguard of the excellent courses construction.It had been proved that teachers with fine professional quality have been important achievements during excellent courses construction.In order to guarantee the construction of excellent courses with high quality, Tianjin Medical University had set up a series of effective systems and mechanisms of talent introduction and cultivation.Till now, our university had made great achievements in excellent courses construction.
