Abstract
What has happened in the world during the last seven years-ever since the first acts of Japanese aggression in China in September 1931-is nothing but this philosophy of force of the so-called have-not nations being ruthlessly but methodically tested out in actual application. It is the purpose of this paper to point out that this philosophy is economically unreal, politically self-defeating and suicidal, and philosophically impossible. As I come from a country which is one of the victims of this barbaric philosophy, I shall draw most of my illustrative materials from the Far Eastern regions of conflict.
