Abstract
The history of economic development and democracy is linked with that of media, information and general education. Today every country has a system of social communication reflecting its past, its outlook and its general situation. Adults and children live in a complex world imbued more and more with media, changing constantly, and in which training and information are among the main conditions of freedom.
