Abstract
Embryo implantation is the rate-limiting step for success of IVF and IUI cycles and is affected by various hormonal and biological markers. Endometrial scratching done in same cycle or previous cycles has been shown to increase endometrial receptivity thus making capable of receiving and adhering the embryo. The aim of present study was to compare the pregnancy rates during IUI cycles with or without endometrial scratching in follicular phase in couples with unexplained infertility.
