Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study to investigate the impact of electronic procurement technologies usage and procurement practices on procurement performance in an organization.Design/Methodology/Approach - This project paper posits a model of the relationships between e-procurement technology (EPT) usage, procurement practices (PPR), and procurement performance (PP). In this study, it used survey techniques through develop the questionnaires.Findings - The findings suggest that EPT usage and Procurement Practices positively affects procurement performance in an organization.Research Limitations/Implication - The findings of this paper primarily pertain to the operational level of the organization. Future research could also attempt to isolate the impact of individual EPTs on organization performance.Practical Implications - The contribution for practitioners is to provide guidelines for the use of EPTs, and to report its impact on PP. The measurement instruments developed in this paper can be used to evaluate procurement performance in an organization. The data are first-hand information and are carefully transcribed and categorized into categories into categories to help better understanding by the respondents.Originality/Value - This project paper contributes to the literature by providing survey to respondent through distribute questionnaires to test the impact of EPTs and perceptions of PPR on performance organization.
