Abstract
Background and Aim: In Autoimmune hepatitis patients, response to steroids and optimal timing of liver transplantation always remains controversial. Aim of study is to assess response to steroids at day 3 and to validate SURFASA score in our population group. SURFASA score can identify patients who are non responders to steroids. LT-free survival is higher in patients with a SURFASA score <-0.9.
