Abstract
IN JANUARY, 1961, Wallace J. Bonk of the University of Michigan surveyed the titles studied in humanities and social sciences bibliography courses in accredited library schools.1 At that time, Bonk discovered surprisingly great variation among the 22 library schools he surveyed. In the intervening eight years, many new reference titles in various subject fields have been published and many more library schools have been accredited, and an up-to-date survey of titles currently taught at accredited library schools seems valid at the present time.
