Abstract

In this issue of Cancer Cell, Anadon etal. perform a multi-omics analysis of ovarian tumor infiltrating tissue-resident memory T (TRM) cells at the single-cell level that supports a differentiation model from CD103-TCF1+ re-circulating T-cell precursors driven by tumor antigen recognition. CD103+ TRM cells play a dominant anti-tumor role in ovarian cancer.
