Abstract
The results of author’s investigations and literary data on ciliates of the order Tintinnida observed in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov are summarized in the monograph. Book contains the general characteristic of order, information on morphology of 51 species from 20 genera of 10 families, their longterm and seasonal dynamics in Sevastopol Bay of the Black Sea and peculiarities of tintinnid distribution. English summaries of all chapters, including diagnoses of all species recorded in the Black and Azov Seas are included in the Appendix. The monograph dedicated for hydrobiologists, zoologists, faunal researchers and taxonomists as for lecturers and students of higher education schools.

По совокупности показателей обилия и встречаемости основу таксономического состава в прибрежье Крыма составили следующие 16 видов тинтиннид: D. alderae, Amphorellopsis acuta, E. tubulosus, T. tocantinensis, T. lobiancoi, S. ventricosa, T. tubulosa, Antetintinnidium mucicola, T. fimbriata, T. minuta, Salpingella decurtata, E. lususundae, F. ehrenbergii, Stenosemella nivalis, M. mereschkowskii, T. beroidea. Основу таксономической структуры по совокупности исследуемых параметров (плотность, биомасса, встречаемость, доля) составили 12 видов: Tintinnopsis minuta, T. cylindrica, T. campanula, T. kofoidi, T. compressa, T. fimbriata, T. tubulosa, Metacylis mereschkowskii, M. jorgensenii, Stenosemella ventricosa, Favella ehrenbergii, Eutintinnus lususundae, E. tubulosus, из которых 2 вида были зарегистрированы в регионе впервые (E. lususundae, E. tubulosus). По совокупности исследуемых нами показателей основу таксономической структуры прибрежья Кавказа составили следующие 8 видов: Eutintinnus lususundae, E. tubulosus, Favella ehrenbergii, Metacylis mereschkowskii, M. jorgensenii, S. nivalis, Tintinnopsis minuta, T. tubulosa. Можно выделить виды, составляющие основу видового комплекса глубоководной части Чёрного моря: Metacylis jorgensenii, M. mereschkowskii, Proplectella columbiana, F. ehrenbergii, Salpingella decurtata, Eutintinnus lususundae, E. apertus, Amphorellopsis acuta, Stenosemella nivalis, Codonella lagenula.
