Abstract

Public Services are central theme in Indonesia bureaucratic reformation, especially for local government. One of the local government is Jembrana district in Bali, that has successfully implemented the IWA 4:2005 (International Workshop Agreement 4) in the upgrading the public services, such as in public education, health and welfare, through the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), so that it becomes one of the pilot projects in bureaucratic reformation in Indonesia. This paper describes and analyses the socio technology and quality management system review of the reformation successfully of public services in Jembrana district. It is hope that the other government institutions will follow to implement the IWA 4:2005.
