Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify the participation rate of members of Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) in the Sustainable Food Estate Model (M-KRPL) program. The study was conducted in Sidodadi Village, Way Lima Sub-district, Pesawaran District in November 2015. Site selection was done purposively, considering the location as M-KRPL location since 2013. The research method used is survey method through member interview Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) of M-KRPL participants, the number of samples was 24 respondents. Sampling method using Simple Random Sampling. Data collected were primary and secondary data, primary data was obtained through direct interviews on KWT members of M-KRPL program participants by using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from the existing literature. The data collected include: respondent's characteristic, participation in planning, execution, utilization of result, and evaluation of program kRPL and problem faced in implementation of program KRPL. Data analysis of participation rate using descriptive method, which is a method in analyzing and describing the data of research with theories relating to problem to answer problem and can draw conclusion presented. While member participation data is measured using ordinal scale based on Likert Scale. The result of the research titled Participation Rate of KWT Bunga Lestari Member in Program Model of Sustainable Food Houses (M-KRPL) in Sidodadi Village, Waylima Sub-district, Pesawaran Regency can be concluded that the overall participation rate is in the medium category (58.34%). This is based on the participation rate of KRT members of KRPL of Sidodadi village to the KRPL program, which is in the high category only in the utilization stage (79.16%) and at the evaluation stage (75%). While in the planning and implementation stages are in the medium category with a percentage above 50%. Keywords: Participation, KRPL program, KWT
