Abstract

Research on tobacco farmers satisfaction level aims to analyze the partnership pattern between partner farmers with PT Sadhana Arif Nusa and analyze the level of farmers satisfaction partnership to the partnership program that is run. This research was conducted in November 2017 in Ngimbang Subdistrict, Lamongan District. This research used survey research method. Determination of the sample used is purposive sampling with the number of samples taken are 43 respondents for farmers partners and 2 respondents from the company. Based on the research, it is found that in the calculation of Impoortance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows there are 2 attributes that become the main priority (Quadrant I), 5 attributes need to be maintained (Quadrant II), 3 low priority attribute (Quadrant III) and 2 excessive attributes (Quadrant IV) . The result of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) calculation is 77.8% or 0.778 indicating that the partner farmers are satisfied with the performance of PT Sadhana Arif Nusa
