Abstract

Time-resolved luminescence and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra were measured in CdSSe-doped glasses. After intense light irradiation, the initial decay rate of luminescence increases, and the intensity of an ESR signal at g = 2.005 increases. These are indicative of the creation of recombination centers by intense light irradiation.
