Time Line Analysis after Fire Brigade Arrival on Jecheon Sports Center Fire

Abstract

2017년 12월 21일 발생한 제천 스포츠센터 화재로 29명이 사망하고 40명이 부상을 입었다. 이 논문에서는 스포츠센터 건물 화재에서 다수의 사상자가 발생한 원인을 조사하기 위해 화재조사 결과에 기초하여 화재발생 당일의 소방대 도착 이후의 상황에 대해 마이크로 타임라인을 분석하였다. 구체적인 분석 내용은 소방 선착대 도착 시 상황, 재실자의 피난과 구조요청 상황, 화재확산 상황, 소방대 소화활동 상황, 구조활동 상황, 현장지휘관의 지휘 통제 상황 및 소방대 무선교신 상황 등이다.: Jecheon sports center fire caused 29 deaths and 40 injuries that occurred on December 21, 2017. This study focused only on the micro time line after fire brigade arrival to investigate the causes of many casualties based on the results of fire investigation on the sports center. Circumstance of when first fire brigade arrived, customers’escape and request for rescue, fire spread, fire brigade’s fire attack, rescue of rescue team, command of fire marshal and radio communication are analyzed in detail.
