Abstract

The imposition of any type of legal liability is usually connected with the establishment of a period from the moment of the commission and/or detection of the committed offense. Such deadlines are also established in relation to the disciplinary liability of public officials for committing corruption offenses. According to the authors of the article, the introduction of the concept of a continuing corruption offense into the theory and practice of official law with the establishment of the peculiarities of calculating the time limits for its commission would help to increase the effectiveness of the institution of disciplinary liability of employees.
