Abstract

Time-domain procedures for evaluating Routh approximant models for linear unstable systems are presented in this paper. The proposed procedure is applicable for all classes of unstable systems and also yields a time-domain relationship between the system and model state-vectors. The most dominant unstable mode only is required to be known for a direct application of the procedure. The details are explained via a numerical example
