Time Domain Reflectometry Technique using for Dielectric Relaxation Study of Biomolecules

Abstract

We have established the Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technique that provides information regarding dielectric permittivity in the frequency range 10 MHz to 30 GHz. A time domain spectroscopy technique has been effectively used to acquire information on the essential and active parameters of molecular dynamics. The dimension of complex permittivity of Biomolecules (i.e. amino acids, enzymes and proteins) in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 30 GHz has been carried out using time domain reflectometry technique.
