Abstract
The treatment of burns is an urgent problem in modern surgery. The most widespread method of treatment, under a dressing, in the case of deep and extensive burns often does not guarantee the conditions for early autoplastic closure of the wounds. Nowadays modern methods of open treatment in a monitored abacterial environment are beginning to be introduced on a wide scale into practice in the USSR and elsewhere.
