Abstract
Tibial eminence fractures are a bony avulsion of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tibial insertion. They most commonly occur in pediatric patients, and anatomic reduction with stable fixation are important for good outcomes following surgical treatment. Fracture reduction can be performed via open or arthroscopic surgical techniques and stability can be achieved via screw or suture fixation. This video demonstrates specific techniques, technical tips, and pearls for arthroscopic suture fixation of tibial eminence avulsion fractures.
