Abstract
Recent simulation study finds that terahertz (THz) electromagnetic (EM) radiation can be excited in beam-plasma system. In addition, the EM radiation in beam-plasma system under different ions' quantity is also studied, and the calculation results are that the EM radiation frequency under the same plasma ions' quantity is all the same, but under different plasma ions' quantity, the electromagnetic radiation frequencies are different. The related physical explanation is also given in this paper.
