Abstract
Under the transmission electron microscope, the thymic nurse cells (TNC) are evident in adult Pseudopocryptes lanceolatus (Bloch and Schneider), an Indian teleost gobiid fish. The thymocytes are the chief constituents of the the TNCs. The microscopic features of the TNC in this fish are described in this communication.
