Abstract
Laser experiments were performed on two samples of Tm:Cr:YAG. The primary motivation for studying Tm:Cr lasers is to achieve pulsed Q-switch performance which has been problematic in Ho:Tm:Cr material because of energy transfer considerations.(AIP)
