51 * Antoine Masson is currently working at the European Court of Justice as a referendaire, managing the “Law, Management and Strategies” research program of the ESSEC European Center for Law and Economics and collaborating with the University of Luxembourg. He has been a part-time lecturer at Trinity College, Dublin and a researcher at HEC-Paris. He has edited two books on legal strategies including Legal Strategies: How Corporations Use Law to Improve Performance (Germany: 2010) with Mary J Shariff. He has published extensively on Law and Management, Business Law and European Law.
