Abstract
先天性心脏病（CHD）是小儿最常见的心脏病，房间隔缺损（ASD）、室间隔缺损（VSD）和动脉导管未闭（PDA）是最常见的CHD类型。随着介入技术和器械的发展，介入封堵术已成为CHD的主要治疗手段。近年来国内外对CHD介入封堵术后发生血小板减少症病例的报道逐渐增多，该文主要从血小板减少的发生率、潜在的危险因素及病因机制、对临床预后的影响等方面，对ASD、VSD和PDA等常见的CHD介入封堵术后血小板减少进行综述。.
