Abstract
The flexible, free-standing, 3-dimensional (3D) Cobalt-based metal-organic frameworks/reduced graphene oxide (CoMOF/rGO) composite paper was prepared with a facile electrochemical deposition of CoMOF on the surface of rGO paper electrode. Structural, chemical and morphological characterization of the CoMOF/rGO composite paper electrode was performed by using various techniques. Finger-like long-chain structures on the as-prepared CoMOF/rGO composite paper electrode surface were determined to greatly enhance the catalytic performance of the electrode for the electrochemical detection of Resorcinol (RS) with a large linear range (0.1–800 μM) and a low detection limit (1.9 × 10−8 M). Furthermore, stability tests performed with CoMOF/rGO paper were exhibited that this composite electrode has great potential for flexible sensor applications with high stability, flexibility, and durability.
