Three pulse four wave mixing for the study of coherent interactions, nuclear dynamics and solvation dynamics in liquids

Abstract

By use of precise controlled time delay between two pump pulses, four wave mixing experiments reveal some unknown features of ultrafast dynamics in solution. We investigate origin of coherent spike and nuclear wave packet dynamics and solvation dynamics which are very different between similar dye molecule used in this experiment.
