Abstract

The contributors to this issue's Practice Forum address three of the man y difficult problems faced in daily clinical practice. The first contributor addresses stability of the thumb metacarpophalangeal joint through an easi ly removable three-point splint. The second author provides an idea for solving the problem of stabi l izing fing er attachments for patients using continuous passive motion (CPM). Every therap ist faces the problem of maintaining hand elevation on a daily basis. Our final contributors offer a functional solution to this problem.
