Abstract
Concise and efficient three-component domino reactions to highly substituted tetrahydroindole derivatives promoted by p-TsOH have been developed under microwave irradiation condition. The direct C3-alkoxylation of indole framework was achieved in a one-pot operation. The reaction proceeds at fast rates and can be finished within 30min, which makes workup convenient to give good chemical yields.
