Abstract

There are numerous threats to the validity of the interpretation and conveyance of forensic neuropsychological evaluation results. This article addresses a number of common threats, and uses them to illustrate ethical issues and potential means to reduce the threat to validity. An emphasis on ethical concerns and the potential resolution of these issues is offered.
