Abstract

Objectives: Patients required a thoracic or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) repair after previous abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) surgery have a high risk for spinal cord ischemia (up to 20%) and renal dysfunction (up to 15%), reported in the literature. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the technical possibility of the thoracic stent implantation and the morbidity after this procedure in patients with prior AAA repair.
