Abstract
AbstractA 70 year old man suffered recurrent attacks of anginalike pain for at least five years. An exercise-ECG, hyperventilation test, echocardiography, coronary arteriography, and myocardial scintigraphy detected no signs of cardiac disorder. Physical examination of the thoracic spine indicated a thoracic facet joint syndrome and relevant therapy with manipulation and local injections abolished the attacks.
