Abstract
Single polycrystalline films of CdCr1.4In0.6Se4 were obtained after heat treatment of the amorphous structure of Cr/CdCrInSe/Cr. We have found the temperature dependence of magnetization, unidirectional magnetic anisotropy field and interaction parameters between clusters of the spin system. The experimental data confirmed that samples with this amount of In were in a spin glass state.
